From both east and west, proceed along the A684 to Leyburn. Approximately half a mile east of Leyburn, take the turning signposted for Middleham and proceed for about 2 miles. On entering the town limits, proceed for half a mile up the hill. The cottage is situated on the left hand side before entering the market square and is clearly marked by the 'Cartmel Cottage' sign next to the front door. |
